This allstar lineup give short presentations on what they find most effective in assessment, treatments and training all the while 2 nationally ranked powerlifters are bench pressing 500 plus and being coached by Dave Tate and Jim Wendler. This was a final presentation for SWIS and probably one of the most entertaining and fun.
